A short version of the rules behind your account follows. Where it and the full terms differ, the full terms decide, and the laws of Curaçao govern them.
Accounts
You must be 18 or over to register. One account is allowed per person, and each bonus can be claimed once per person, household, device, IP address and payment method. The details you register must match your documents.
Offers
Every step of the three-deposit pack, and every later promotion, is activated in your profile before you deposit. An activated pack step stays open for 72 hours, and the bonus that follows must be wagered within 5 days or it is removed.
Wagering
Bonus cash carries 40x wagering and free-spin winnings 30x, with each spin valued at £0.20. Only slots count: some at 50%, Aviator at 15%, and games from ten named studios not at all. The maximum stake while wagering is £5 per spin, a feature buy included. Bonus funds and spins can convert into no more than five times the qualifying deposit. Requesting a withdrawal before wagering is complete forfeits the bonus, its spins and any Wheel of Fortune spins.
Payments
The minimum deposit is £10 and the minimum withdrawal £20. Withdrawals return by the deposit method to an account in your name, after at least 100% of the latest deposit has been wagered. A fee may apply to funds withdrawn unplayed. Limits are £1,000 per transaction, £3,000 per day and £20,000 per 30 days, and larger amounts need ID.
Verification
Before a first withdrawal we request photo ID, proof of address and a bank statement. A card photo must expose only the first six and last four digits. Other methods require ownership checks. A payout waits until any mismatch is cleared.
